Just starting out or done training before?

Beginners - New students are welcome at all our classes. We feel it is important to get the basics right from the start. We will spend much more time with students when you first start to give you the help and attention you need. We will often introduce you to one or more of our higher grades who will help you feel more comfortable as they where once beginners too!

Advanced - If you already have a background in martial arts, you are still more than welcome to join in and see what we do. Students that have been with us for awhile, will work through techniques from our syllabus. we make sure you get the time and space to practice more advanced techniques here.
